the training is going really well. I completed a 10K run on the treadmill in 44minutes 58 seconds on Tuesday, which is not to shabby i think.
The long run at the weekend should be interesting as the weather forecast is snow! i must do it though as it is less than 8 weeks to the race. I am sure that any run of over 60 minutes on the treadmill is not a good idea as you are running on a dead flat surface at a constant speed. So it wrap up well and " I'm just going outside and may be some time".
